What is Mind Toy Box Frequency Therapy

Mind Toy Box is music composed by Jac Harrison using the understanding of cymatic frequency overtones in relation to the human body and mathematics from the points where the Fibonacci sequence and Pi meet. In theory, Mind Toy Box therapeutic music sessions should provide relief to many cognitive health issues including ADD, ADHD, Insomnia, Depression, Autism, Alzheimer’s, PTSD and other stress-related and/or mental health conditions using the ancient philosophy of “sound healing” mixed with modern science.

Mind Toy Box is music that uses emended frequencies starting as low as 3.5Hz to offer relief from many cognitive/mental and/or physical health conditions by delivering the frequencies via a percussive mathematically algorithm, as the rhythm of the composed music. Because most headphones color the sound for enjoyment when listing to music for recreational purposes, they also can take away from the medicinal proprieties of the track. Going into this project I know that the average person would not want to go out and get an expensive set of headphones just for therapy, so I wrote, mixed, and mastered every track on all the Mind Toy Box albums (and will continue to do so) using the best set of inexpensive, full rage headphones, so everyone could experience the music the way it was intended to be heard for the maximum healing proprieties.

I went with the Behringer HPS3000 that retails for $19.99. Below are the features that the Behringer HPS3000 has that makes it the best headphones for listing to frequency based music on this side of $100.
Behringer HPS3000
  • Ultra-wide frequency response
  • High-definition bass and super-transparent highs
  • Ultra-wide dynamic range
  • High-efficiency cobalt capsule

  • Optimized oval-shaped ear cups
  • Ultra-rugged headband construction

Warning: Never use Ear buds, the low frequency rage in my music is too low for their response on average making the music harsh, unpleasant and it will not offer you the full benefit of that track.
